🧘 Yogasanas

Time: 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Yogasanas are a set of powerful postures designed to bring balance and stability to the body and mind. Regular practice helps improve flexibility, strength, and overall physical health. It also supports better posture, improved blood circulation, and enhanced energy levels throughout the day.


💪 Angamardana

Time: 6:00 PM – 7:45 PM

Angamardana is a dynamic fitness system rooted in traditional yogic practices. It uses only the body weight to build strength, endurance, and agility. This practice helps develop a strong body, improves stamina, and enhances control over the body and mind.


☀️ Surya Kriya & Shakti

Time: 8:00 PM – 9:15 PM

Surya Kriya is an ancient yogic practice designed to activate the solar energy within the system. It helps improve focus, increase vitality, and bring inner balance. Practicing Surya Kriya regularly supports overall well-being, mental clarity, and a deeper sense of harmony.

Notes

  • Participants must attend all sessions during the first 5 days workshop of the selected practice.

  • Week 1 is mandatory for all participants.

  • The online sadhana support will continue for one month (Monday to Friday) after the workshop.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session starts.

  • Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice.

  • It is recommended to practice on an empty stomach or at least 3 hours after a meal.

  • Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle to the venue.

  • The program fee is ₹3000 per practice selected.

  • The organizers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to the schedule if required.
