  5. Pre-requisite:
    Must have learnt any one of the following Isha Hatha Yoga practices:

    • Upa Yoga

    • Angamardana

    • Surya Shakti

    • Surya Kriya

    • Yogasanas

  • Consistency and commitment are key — please join only if you can attend regularly.
