Week 1 is Mandatory – Participants must attend all sessions of the chosen practice in the first week to ensure proper learning and establishment of the practice.

Eligibility – Open for anyone above 14 years of age. No prior yoga experience required.

Health Advisory – Not suitable for pregnant women or those with major medical conditions (recent surgeries, severe back/neck issues, cardiac conditions, etc.). If unsure, please consult before registering.

Attendance – Regular attendance is essential for completing the program successfully.

Discipline – Please come on time and maintain an empty stomach condition (minimum 4 hours after a full meal, 2.5 hours after a light snack, 1.5 hours after a beverage).

Clothing – Wear comfortable, loose-fitting cotton clothes. Preferably avoid black and synthetic clothing.

Materials – Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Commitment – The program is designed as a 6-week Mandala. Consistency in practice brings the best results.
