- 🧘 Simple practices for peace, joy, love, success will be offered – Open to all above 8 years

🧘 You are encouraged to sit on the floor (cushion or mat support is fine ), but chairs will also be available if needed.

🧺 Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for sitting and light movement.

⏳ It’s recommended to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
